Working with Nina was a true Joy. Her responsiveness to my questions and concerns were nothing less than exceptional. Additionally, her willingness to contact all parties involved at both the pick up and delivery location was integral in maintaining our peace of mind throughout the process. This was especially important being that we coordinated the move from overseas.
The only thing that came as a bit of a surprise was that a split payment was required between Affordable Auto Transport and the actual shipping company that was awarded the move. I had to do an EFT via my financial institution to the company as a credit card transaction was not possible. This required some last minute rearranging of finances.
