This company did exactly what they said they would do. My initial contact had difficulty explaining the payment structure at first,(2 diff charges, instead of 1), but once we got past that confusion, it was totally smooth sailing. The driver who handled picking up my beautiful new car, was terrific. He actually arrived a day ahead of schedule. I don't know if it was luck or that this company reallly vets these guys, but I appreciated the communication the driver provided. Overall, I had a very positive experience.
