The transport driver, Mike, was very much down to earth, yet professional. He knew how to put us at ease with regards to placing our vehicle in his care, unseen, for days. He was very sociable and kept in contact with us via the cell phone. He delivered our vehicle, curbside, in front of our new home. Our vehicle, a Jeep Wrangler, soft top, was delivered as it was picked up. No damage or blemishes whatsoever. The quoted price is what we paid. No hidden costs or sudden mark ups. It was a very fair price. Our initial call was answered by Nina, who was very knowledgeable and went beyond with regards to keeping us in the loop.
