I was a little hesitant at first because Tommy talks really fast which made me nervous. But as I asked questions, he slowed down and answered me very thoroughly, clearly and patiently. He made a confusing process understandable and worked out a realistic & fair deal for my circumstances. The driver, Chris, was also excellent. He stayed in excellent communication with both myself & the origin shippers. He showed at his earliest estimate and delivered on time despite going through blizzard conditions and terrible traffic tie ups. Car arrived with no problems. I would use them again if needed.
