I was stressed due to previous attempts to get my car for me from GA. to TN. Tommy contacted me to assure me that he would be able to help me retrieve my car. He worked fervently and did just that. He even worked after hours when he had family time, or doing other things, he took the time to hear my needs and reached above and beyond his call of duty to have my car delivered to me safely. He walked me through he entire process and told me what to expect every step of the way. He gave me a quote and it never changed even though he did more than I was expecting him to. Although I know he did not have to do what he did, it gave me hope that there are still honest people out there who take their customer service skills seriously. It's hard to find great customer service these days. I appreciate Affordable Auto having employees like Tommy Flanagan, they deserve to be recognized! I would recommend Tommy and Affordable Auto to anyone who needs auto transportation needs!
