Being brand new at transporting my first Vintage Car, I had no idea there were so many “Transporters” to choose from. They all promise pretty much the same things until it comes time to meet your deadline and get your vehicle to you the way you need it done. The most important thing to me at that point was who you felt was the most professional, and really seemed to care about your new vehicle. After speaking with Ryan Saxton at AffordableAutoTransportation I decided to go “with my gut feeling”. I don’t normally write too many reviews. Most people write only when things go wrong to complain. I believe that the real time to write is when things go right so that people and companies can continue to provide excellent service. In my case there was a bit of both. Unfortunately, as in absolutely any transportation case there is always the possibility of an accident which did happen in transporting my vehicle (in fact right in front of me)!! Fortunately it was not severe. It was not Affordable’s fault. Everyone had their heads and hearts in the right direction, it was simply an accident. It can happen. This is where I was TRULY happy that I went with Affordable Auto Transportation and had Ryan to work with. This could have easily turned into finger pointing. This could have easily dragged out, and out, and out. In fact, it could have been a nightmare. Instead, I was given empathy and a true feeling that someone actually did “care”. I was able to find out how much it would cost to fix the damage the right way, and inside of one week had a check in hand to have it done. Ryan and his Manager both stayed with me, gave me support, and made the calls to make sure it was taken care of correctly and provided the follow-through. Would I use them again? You bet. Can accidents happen? – You bet. But when they do, make sure someone is there to see it through for you. They were the only one’s that met my schedule, made it happen and did it reliably (and it was a tight turn around). The Transporter was qualified, and an unavoidable accident occurred. They made it right. This is what you are looking for!
