Dear Mike and Liz,
I wanted to take a moment to thank both of you for all that you did to facilitate the transport and delivery of my 1963 Chrysler Newport station wagon.
This car holds great sentimental value for me, so your professionalism and your availability, and your, Mike, willingness to communicate with me were invaluable.
I especially want to thank Tanner Matthews, the driver who picked up, transported and safely delivered this very special car. He was respectful of the significance of the car to me, he was wonderfully personable and transported the Chrysler promptly but responsibly.
In all honesty, for the past decade, we have called our own independent car hauler when moving vintage cars and trucks between locations, but in light of Mr. Matthew's hard work and excellent customer service, we will request his services whenever 'Doc' isn't available to us.
Although we do not move a lot of vehicles frequently, we have a number of 'gearhead' friends who, like us, sometimes buy and sell cars and trucks that require transport. Please know that my husband and I are sharing our positive experience with your services - particularly Mr. Matthews' skill and understanding of cars - with our classic car friends and contacts.
Thank you again for the stress-free, relatively quick, and safe delivery of a car that I have searched for over the last 43 years.
