I ship about 50 autos a year and I have had great service on each transport. My vehicles are picking up or delivering to ports for international transport and the extra requirements are handled seamlessly with the domestic pick up or delivery. I enjoy a great customer service relationship with Veronica and would note that she is sometimes required to go out of her way to accommodate me or my clients and she does so with a good attitude and grace.
