Bad experience!

My main fault with this company is that they chose to work with an incompentent carrier, US AUTO TRANSPORT. My car was picked up 2wks after the stated date, and the carrier PROMISED on 3 different occasions they were going to pick up at a specified time. That time would come and go without any call. I would call them and they would give me excuse after excuse without apology. I finally asked agape to fire this carrier, and 2hrs later get a call from the carrier that they could pick my car up in 2hrs. Against my better judgement, I allowed them to pick up my car. I didn't see my car for another 3wks.

First of all, we sincerely apologize about your unsatisfactory experience. We try very hard to ensure a pleasant and easy experience for all our customers. Secondly, this bad review should really be for the CARRIER due to their delay in picking up this vehicle. However, the carrier had mechanical problems. They did inform the customer and he decided to wait on the truck to be fixed. We were not aware of the situation until the customer called us almost 2 weeks later. We immediately canceled this carrier and had another carrier assigned right away. But as the customer stated, he decided to go ahead with US Auto instead of the new carrier we assigned. This is the first we are hearing about the delay in delivery. Usually our customers will call us when their vehicles are not delivered as scheduled. Again, we are very sorry about this situation. And we will do everything we can to prevent this from happening in the future.
