Everyone I was in contact with from the initial contact to the carrier dispatcher & the driver was very polite & helpful. The only problem I had was the delivery time was scheduled for 8:30 PM but they didn't arrive until 11:00PM. However, I was in constant contact with the carrier dispatcher & the driver & was therefore well informed as to what caused the delay--the truck broke down on the last leg of the journey & the driver was unfamiliar with the area. When they arrived they were very apologetic as was the dispatcher who called me to thank me for my patience and to again apologize. All in all it went well..I got the car. I would use them again if ever the need came up.
