The car was well cared for in transit, and the people on the phone were very friendly and helpful. My only complaint was that the driver spoke no english...not a word! He seemed very nice, and he was careful with the car, but there was no way to communicate with him. If there had been any issues that needed discussion, I would have had to contact the dispatcher to translate. I am amazed that he was able to get a commercial driver's license without knowing at least SOME basic English!
