There was confusion on when the car would be picked up because the car owner got involved. We had set of a method for paying for the car and setting a day for pickup. I told your girl that he would call and talk to Christi to give them a date when he was available. Your girl called him and asaked when the car could be picked up and for some reason he went off and said he wasn't going to schedule a date untill he was paid She told him they wouldn'tscheduled a pickup till he was paid.. I would never have known this occurred except for the fact that I called him that night. It was someone other then Christi who called. The point is that if you worked with one person I would or should have been called and told what happened, I'm the person paying the bill. This delayed the process and was unecessary. Once this mess was unraveled everything went smooth.

Ron, we apologize for any confusion that was caused. With the transport of purchased vehicles we always check with the seller to ensure the vehicle is ready for transport. We do not want a carrier to arrive for pick up and the purchase not be finalized or the vehicle not be ready. Thank you again for the opportunity to assist you with this transport.
