Paul, thank you for the opportunity to assist you with this transport. We apologized there were issues encountered on this transport. We have used this carrier several times previously without any issues. The dates provided for pickup and delivery are estimated. The carriers try to maintain those dates, but they are estimated, as the carriers can get behind schedule (due to traffic, mechanical issues, etc). Due to the holiday weekend (April 7-8) we were not in the office and learned of the late delivery on Monday morning. We try very hard to meet all expectations and apologize again.
