Good Customer Service, Descent Delivery Time

Agape has a good customer service. They are also very honest for their estimated delivery times (not promising you to get your vehicle shipped if there is no carrier available). I had been dealing with other auto shipping company before, therefore, I really appreciate their honesty. They didn't desperately call you 3 times a day to offer you the service like other company, so I'm pretty happy about this.

The only downside about this company is that once they assigned you to a carrier with the estimated time of delivery, there was no follow up regarding what time the carrier will come. In my case, the carrier was late for 2 days which resulted on delayed delivery time. I'm not sure whether this is just the carrier issue or Agape's issue.

But overall, I like the service and would love to use this company if I need to ship my car again.
