Prashanth Pendli, thank you for the opportunity to assist you with this transport. As it states in the Terms and Conditions, the Preferred Shipping option guarantees pickup within 3 business days from the date the vehicle is made available. We received your order on 6/22. We assigned a carrier for the transport of your Honda CR-V on 6/27 for pickup on 6/28 and delivery in 6 days. Unfortunately, the carrier was delayed due to other pickup and deliveries along his route, changing the pickup to 6/29. The Terms and Conditions explicitly state that the dates given are estimated. The carriers try to estimate the best possible date, however, they may get ahead of schedule or be delayed. Per the Terms and Conditions, we are not able to refund your deposit due to this. Our Terms and Conditions are available on our website to read prior to placing an order. We also send a copy when the order is placed with the customer's specific information on them. We hold ourselves accountable to them and expect the same of our customers. We apologize you did not allow us to finish assisting you with the transport, as you advised me you had acquired the service of another company. The carrier assigned for the transport, G&H Transportation, informed me they had also been dispatched a Honda Accord from another broker company, but it turned out to be your CR-V. The other company that you decided to go with was using the same carrier, therefore your vehicle would not have been pickup any sooner with them. For customers looking transport your vehicles, it is very important to only contract with one broker. If you contract with multiple brokers, you risk running into a situation like this. Also, carriers will shy away from transporting your vehicle, which can hinder your transport process.
