Pros:
-Communication with Agape was good and prompt when setting up my order.
-Vehicle arrived undamaged and in good condition.
-Overall price was $180 dollars less than quoted.

Cons:
-After the order was confirmed and prior to pick-up, the estimated delivery date was 2 July (which was the latest I needed the car by). After pick-up (which was a day later than expected but still in the 7-10 day window), I was informed that the latest the vehicle would arrive would be 7 July. The vehicle arrived two days later on 9 July only after I called Agape to inform them that I still had not received any contact from the carrier. Apparently, since the carrier was operating over the July 4th holiday period they were given a couple days off for compensation (which is fine, but this was never communicated to me by either the carrier or Agape). This was only an issue because this was a PCS move and I was without a vehicle and was afraid of incurring additional costs of a rental.
-After pick-up, communication with Agape fell off. Responsibility for any issues that arose during the transportation phase were thrown on the carrier.
-Link-up with the carrier was not the smoothest.

Would use again with reservations.

David, thank you for taking the time to post a review. We enjoyed working with you on this transport. We apologize for any delays that may have occurred. Most carriers did transport on July 4th, but some were delayed due to inability to pickup or delivery on July 4th. Transport time is 7-10 days across country. The pickup and delivery dates are estimated due to issues that may arise during transport. We provide the carrier's information so that you may contact them directly. Agape is still you primary contact during the transport process if you choose. You can also choose to utilize the carrier's information and contact them directly. We always want to stay in contact with the carrier and the customer during transport.
