I was apprehensive to use this broker since the price was extremely "low/competitive" however their BBB rating is great and they are in TN (where I am). I decided to take a 'chance' and use them and when I received notice of the carrier JMT (Jack Musial Transport) I became apprehensive again since their BBB rating is poor.
After a call to Cali she made me feel at ease about using JMT.
I was surprised when I got an email Friday morning saying THAT day (August 17) was the day it's being picked up! JMT called me @2pm (when he said he would) and said he'd pick it up between 5-7pm. He got to the house a short time before 7pm and within a short time he was on his way w/the car.
My daughter and ex were not too 'happy' to end up picking it up @9:30pm that next Sunday (the 19th) but it was delivered quick and on a day when someone would be home to accept delivery.
I "lucked" out in the JMT had a delivery in TN and had one open spot and was heading to New England w/the truckload. Jack Musial (himself) is the owner operator of JMT so don't let the BBB rating dissuade you.
