After they took my deposit everything changed especially attitudes. They complained I used the rock bottom planand the car was out of the way where no one goes.If they told me that before i gave depositI would have found a responsible broker.So after i told Cali the car was a birthday gift and it need to be done on time she said they would need more money which we did.Still no pick up.Driver broke down will need another week.We said ok we will live things happen.The next week driverbreaks down again and we need to wait another week or assign it to someone else which will take time according to Cali.Last straw,NASTY to my wife.All they cared about was
keeping their deposit.I'll never use this company again.I own my own business and I'll talk to
or give customer references.When I QUOTE the job I deliver for the price I said and on time
or I don;t get paid.I had the car assigned in two hours with gaurantee on delivery by another
companyIi wish I called first.

Mark McCoy, thank you for taking the time to post a review. We always want to hear customers' feedback. I see you order was placed on Aug 29th and that you went with our Rock Bottom Shipping option. This guarantees the vehicle to be assigned to carrier within 10 business days from the date the vehicle is made available. The vehicle was assigned to EJ's Transport on Sept 7th. This was the 6th business day. Unfortunately EJ's notified us that he was having a mechanical issue and had been delayed. They provided an updated pickup estimate. Unfortunately, on his route to TX, he continued to experience mechanical issues which delayed him further. As it states in the Terms and Conditions all dates are estimated. We tried to keep Mark and Tina McCoy updated throughout this delay. We received a call today requesting to cancel the order. The Account Manager politely explained the cancellation policy to Tina McCoy: per Section 8 of the Terms and Conditions: The deposit is non refundable unless Agape has not assigned your vehicle to a carrier by the 10th business day, starting from the day after you make your vehicle available. Once a carrier has been assigned, the deposit is non refundable. *Assigned does not mean picked up. We apologize the carrier was delayed. Delays are unexpected and out of the control of Agape Auto Transport and the carrier. They do not occur often, but when a carrier is delayed, our objective is to keep the customer informed. We wish we could have fully assisted you with this transport. Thank you again for your feedback.
