Steven, thank you for taking the time to post a review. We are always happy to hear customer feedback. I show that your order was placed and you went with the Expedited Shipping option, which is $450 more than the Rock Bottom Shipping option. Per our Terms and Conditions, we add $100 of our deposit (maintaining the same total price) to the carrier pay as added incentive if we have not assigned a carrier by the end of the first business day. The carrier we assigned was scheduled to pick the vehicle up on Sept 25th. The carrier let us know they were delayed with other pickup and deliveries and actually picked the vehicle up on Sept 26th. It is very rare for the pickup to occur outside the guaranteed time frame. We apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you again for your feedback.
