My overall opinion of Agape Auto Transport is very good. There was an initial problem with the first carrier that was assigned to transport my car. The dispatcher was new and had overloaded the truck and notified me that the car could not be delivered on the date agreed. I contacted Joyce at Agape and she jumped into action. She immediately contacted another carrier and got back to me in one day with the new carrier and we were back on the original schedule. Joyce also coordinated with the carrier that my car could not be delivered before a certain date. The carrier tried to deliver the car before that date, but when I stated I could not accept delivery, they were very cooperative and delivered the car on the date requested. Even though the first carrier did not work out, Joyce was able to turn a bad situation into a good one. I enjoyed working with Joyce and Agape and would recommend them to a friend.
