It is very unfortunate that Mr. Lederman is taking the action that he is. We explained to him at the beginning that there is a deposit, which is charged to his credit card at the time of his order. He agreed to this because he gave us all the information: credit card number, expiration date, security code, name on card and billing address. At this point the customer is aware that the deposit will be charged to the credit card.
We are an honest company. We communicate openly with all of our customers. We appreciate our customers and they appreciate that we run an integrity based company. We are not ashamed of our policies. We work very hard for our customers and will continue to do so. We did NOT steal Mr. Lederman's deposit. He freely gave it to us to do our job.
