We offer our deepest regret and apologies to Mrs. Smith. This was just one of those rare situations where we were unable to transport as quickly as we normally do. We contribute the delay due to the high volume of vehicles moving out of California. We also have high standards that our carriers must meet and if they don't meet these we won't use them. We try our very best to get every vehicle moved as quickly as possible. We hate to hear that Mrs. Smith feels as strongly as she does. We are, however, pleased to hear that her vehicle was transported. We wish her and her family the very best.
