I hired Agape to ship my Subaru Legacy from Ohio to Washington state. They subcontracte NAO Auto. The car was picked up on the first available date before the title was transferred into my name from the dealership, which saved me from having to insure the car. That made me very happy. The car was to arrive 1 week later, but when I phoned to ask if the delievery could be delayed 1 day for my convenience there was no problem. The car was filthy... it looked like it had been on the back of an open car carrier from Ohio to Washington or something! haha. obviously it should be expected to be dirty, and after we gave it a quick wash it looks great. The driver who dropped off the car was courteous and friendly. He called ahead to inform me of his schedule so we could arrange a time to meet. All in all a very smooth experience.
