I opted for the 1 day service at an additional cost. They have three levels of service regarding pick up times. In retrospect, i should have choosen the mid level and saved myself a few bucks, but I wanted the car picked up before the weekend and they came through. The car was actually delivered a day early. I would recommend this broker and will use them again.
