From the beginning, the company was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had a particular situation where I needed the car by a certain date otherwise I wouldn't be available to pick it up. The man who picked up my car was friendly and answered all of my questions. The car was delivered earlier than planned but it still worked out because I was available to pick it up. While one might be annoyed that it came earlier, I was extremely happy because I had just gotten off the plane and I prefer my car over a rental. Since I was new to the state, I only knew the area around my new home, but the driver was friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. He dropped the car off a block away from my home because my street was not wide enough to fit the truck. The man waited patiently while I walked to the next street over, and was all smiles as I was inspecting the car and signing the papers. My car had no damage, just dirt, but that was to be expected when it's traveling across a few states. The final cost was $750 which seemed a little steep at first, but after much research, I found that $750 was very reasonable, especially after I saw how amazing of a job they did at picking up my car and delivering it to me only a few days later!
