The overall experience was very professional. Although I got the contract to sign on a Friday which was about 10 days after setting up the move. Fortunately a schedule change in my work allowed me to receive the email when I did. Less than 24 hours later the driver called to try and set up an appointment the next day which was a evening before the scheduled pick-up.

I was able to get the driver to come early on the date scheduled since it was less than 24 hrs. since notification when he wanted to come early.

All in all a very satisfactory experience. Car arrived safe and sound.
