We completely understand Mr. Andrew Bueso of Greenville, NC being upset and frustrated about the time of delivery. This was a very unfortunate situation, but one that was unavoidable. The first carrier assigned to transport Mr. Buesos vehicle had a major mechanical issue. The transmission went completely out on a 2007 truck. Although it is not often these kinds of delays occur, they do happen sometimes. The driver kept Mr. Bueso informed of the situation as did we. Because it was taking longer than normal to get the truck fixed, arrangements were made for another carrier to complete the transport. As far as we know, Mr. Bueso was never told that the delay was weather related. We are sorry for any misunderstanding.
We are very sorry that this transport took so much longer than normal. We did our very best to keep Mr. Bueso informed. We do wish Mr. Bueso the very best.
