I had a good experience with this company in moving my Jeep from California to Georgia.

Things I liked:
The ladies in the office worked really hard to work with my time schedule in picking up my vehicle and delievering it according to a short window I had for both pickup and delivery.

The ladies at Agape are really nice, courteous, and friendly.

My vehicle was driven about 2/10ths of a mile from pickup to delivery.

Things I disliked:
All of that hard work the ladies did for me really didn't pay off with the company that actually transported my vehicle (Jay Phillips Transport) except for the pickup. If I hadn't hauled butt across country like I did, there would have been no one in GA to receive my Jeep.
I was originally quoted by Agape a price of $1100 due to the size of my vehicle. They called back and wanted $150 more. Upon talking with Jay Phillips, it was actually them who wanted more money for the transportation. I don't think it's good practice for Agape to ask for more money (even if its through the third party) after I had described and given to them all of the dimensions of my vehicle and modifications done to it up front before I was given the original quote of $1100.

They brokeraged out the transportation. This is my first time using a vehicle shipper to transport a vehicle so I'm not certain if everyone uses brokeraged services or not, but I didn't like how my Jeep was picked up by a fourth party, delivered to a third, and transported by that third company to me. I much would have rather dealt with ONE company that did it all.

They insisted on dropping of my vehicle on the side of a road when the household good movers (who use a huge 18-wheeler) drove right up to my doorstep.

They over exaggerate the inspection. They claimed a dirt stain on the rear bumper was a scratch. Anyone could have told it was a dirt stain and NOT a scratch. This could have been a bad outcome if my bumper arrived actually damaged. I told/ showed the guy from the fourth party (Andrade Transport), when he picked up my Jeep, that hey, it's just a dirt stain. You could still see the texture of the plastic bumper where the supposed scratch was. His reply was an arrogant "I see a scratch."

Would I do this whole shipping a vehicle deal again? Probably not. I didn't like the whole hassle of trying to arrange for shipping of the vehicle as well as the hassle of delivery, and the shippers really didn't make me feel all that comfortable that my Jeep was in good hands. That fourth party didn't even know my vehicle was going to GA. In addition, it seemed people were trying to gouge me just because they knew I had a larger than normal vehicle, which hey ok a little price increase is ok, but it's a 2 door convertible Jeep Wrangler, not a school bus. Next time I'll probably just trailer it myself and save the headache. If you're looking for a good company to deal with that does well with customer service though, go with Agape. They worked hard for me and that's something that I value. If I ever do ship a vehicle again, I'll definately go with them.
