Stephen, we understand your concern. And while most locations are accessible to the large carriers, there are times when a carrier will have to ask the customer to meet at a nearby location to make the pickup or delivery. We do stress this in our terms and conditions which reads, "....There may be times when the carrier will not be able to drive into certain destinations (door to door) and will arrange with you to meet at a gas station, grocery store, etc." We are sorry for the inconvenience.
