I contacted several carriers to transport my SUV from NY to Florida. I received quotes from $575 to $750. Normally I don't go with the least expensive but Agape seemed very helpful on the phone and answered my questions. They also had the shortage "window" for pick up of 1-7 days. Some companies said 1-3 weeks!! I decided to go with Agape, and signed the papers and paid the deposit. I called after faxing the contract and they said everything was in order, and that they would contact me after arranging a carrier. They said that normal pickup was 1-7 days. And exactly 2 business days after my car was available for pick up, they called and said the carrier could pick up the next day. The carrier showed up, picked up the car, and 4 days later the car was delivered to me in Florida. The car was not dirty or damaged, and nothing was missing, and the carrier's driver was very pleasant. Although Agape doesn't transport the car, I think it shows that they arrange transport with good quality and reputable carriers!
I have read a lot of reviews of people having poor customer service after paying the deposit or a lengthy wait for their car, and this was NOT the case. I found the customer service to be great, knowlegable, and the communication was good as well. I would highly recommend using Agape. Thanks!
