Agape Auto Transport was selected after a diligent effort to conduct a survey of available transporters to deliver our cherished Packard. Some of the prospective haulers who very promptly responded to our email inquiry, including some who were very aggressive in pursuing the
contract, did not score too highly in our Better Business Bureau survey. We decided we didn't
need that kind of misery, even if an enticiing price was offered. Agape had a very clean slate and
an apparently good customer relations record, and their quoted price was competitive. We had
excellent communications from the home office throughout. Although there was a small failure
in communication with the driver and/or his assistant, it worked out satisfactorily at the end. Our
car was delivered one day early, was lin excellent condition and had obviously been handled with scrupulous care. We appreciate suppliers of goods and services who keep their promises.
