My overall satisfaction was average. Agape Auto Transportors took awhile before they found someone to pick up my vehicle. If I would have needed my vehicle shipped right away it probably wouldn't have worked. From the time that I place my order it took them about a week before they found someone to pick up my vehicle. Then from there it took a few days before they actually picked it up. Then I had to call the tranportation people to make sure they picked up my vehicle. I was told that they would call 8-12 hours in advance before they picked up the vehicle and before they were to drop it off. Well it didn't happen. I was the one making the phone calls and trying to find out when they were gonna pick up and drop off. Everytime I would call Agape Auto Transport there customer service was great, and they explained everything very clearly and they weren't rude at all. Other then that if you are in not hurry to get your vehicle shipped to you I would recommend Agape Auto Transporters to you.
