I had never shipped a vehicle before and did not find anyone to advise me so looked on-line at the transport website to look at reviews. Agape looked good and responded promptly with an extimate. When we were ready to ship, they put me in contact with a carrier in my state who seemed very knowledgeable and courteous. The car was picked up on the arranged day a little late, but the driver called from the meet location and in 10minutes we were there at the mall. Weather delayed the ship to FL from NJ but I was able to keep in touch with the dispatcher to check the status. The carrier drove the car to our son's house and they drove him the short distance to his rig which made it very convenient. Overall, a very satisfactory experience. Car was picked up Thursday evening, and got to Florida Monday afternoon.
