The Agape service was excellent, I called them more than ten times to ask questions because we wanted our car to be delivered on a specific day range. Never waited for more than 5 minutes. The person who answered my questions were very considerate, understanding, patient and knowledgeable.

The following issue is about the carrier not Agape.

My wife was the one receiving the car delivery at Texas. Before flying to Texas, she ordered a money order from a local bank to pay the driver (we were told in the email that only cash, money order and cashier check are accepted). However, I got a call from my wife on the delivery date, she said the driver called and told her he only accept cash payment. Think of the situation, it was 6:00pm in the Sunday evening, no bank was open, she was in a city she never been to before, and she had to go out to find an ATM to withdraw some cash ($480.00). I was kind of worried because we know the ATM has a daily cash withdraw limit. Fortunately, she got the money she needed (guess the ATM limit is $500.0) and received the car.

This is not a complaint, except this, we were actually pretty satisfied with the carrier service. My wife even told me not to call to complain about this. So my suggestion to those who want to transport a car in the future is: to avoid what my wife had to go through, call the carrier driver beforehand to ask him/her what are the payment options.
