Right off the bat, the customer service at Agape was top notch. The actual transport company couldn't find my info, but the representatives from Agape made sure they had the right info immediately. The pickup in Florida went well and the transport arrived in California several days early. The driver had good communication on the day of the delivery and was able to wait a couple of hours for me to get home from work. I would definitely use Agape again.
