My experience with Agape Transport

From the first contact with Agape we felt confident that they were the right company to go with. The customer service representative explained the process very clearly without hesitation. Her manner of speaking was very warm and friendly.
We prepared the car for transport well in advance of the time it was scheduled to be picked up. The driver called us about an hour prior to arriving so we were ready to go.
The driver, Hank, was also friendly, courteous and professional. Meeting him also increased our confidence level that the car would arrive on time and in the same condition it was when it left our home state. He gave us his cell phone number and told us we could call him anytime if we had any questions.
Upon arriving at our destination, I contacted Agape just to get an idea of when our vehicle would arrive. Again, I was greeted warmly and Agape contacted the carrier. We were told it would arive the following day and that, once again, the driver would contact us just prior to dropping off the vehicle. Sure enough, about an hour before I received a phone call that our car would arrive at our hotel within the hour. The driver was cheerful and courteous.
Our car arrived in good condition (as it was when it left our state) and the drop off took about 10 minutes.
We have never transported a vehicle before and so we really didn't know what to expect. My husband has a towing business and he has had some bad experiences with car transporters in the past which made us even more skeptical. However, we were extremely pleased with the service we received from Agape and the carrier in both states and would not hesitate to use Agape anytime the need arises. Needless to say, we would recommend Agape to anyone needing to transport their vehicle. Thank you Agape!
