Customer service was very promt in scheduleing my vehicle pickup. I recieved a call within an hour of posting my online request. Customer service was very polite and knowledgable of prcedures and answered all of my questions. They kept me informed of the scheduling staus of my vehicle and carrier. Days after i recieved my vehicle they called to ensure that everything had gone ok. We definitely will use this company again. We just PCS'ed to texas and i was able to request pickup by email the morning we were leaving North Carolina which was December 29. Even with the holidays we were able to get pretty speedy service. We arrived in Texas on New Years and our vehicle was picked up January 7th and delivered the 10th of Jan. This company is a fantastic choice and they seem to be especially selective of their carriers because even tha carrier gave wonderful service. We received a call a day early to see if we would like our vehicle delivered within the next three hours or still wait for the next day which was the original delivery date. Our driver kept in touch with us to let us know how close he was and when he was arriving to our hotel.
