Car was picked up on first available day. Was told truck was enclosed. Actual truck was soft sided. This was never mentioned to me. Car was picked up in Michigan on the 26th. When I called the driver four days later the car was in Ohio headed in the wrong direction. The car arrived safely and on time but very dirty. I have used Agape multiple times in the past and this was the worst.
