This was my first experience with transporting an auto. Trying to weed through the quotes to find a dependable carrier at a reasonable price was challenging. Most of the companies I received quotes from were non-commital regarding pick up and delivery days with ranges up to 2 weeks on either end. Since we were paying for a rental car until the vehicle was delivered, timing was important. I finally found this web site and went through the alphabet looking for carriers with good reviews. Agape was the first one I found with every review detailing a positive experience. From the first contact with Candy through the delivery of the vehicle by John of RicherTrucking-CA, I was convinced I had made the right decision. Candy stayed in contact with me throughout the process of picking up the vehicle. John was very responsive and stayed in contact with updates on the delivery time of the vehicle. Great customer service all through the process made me wish that more companies could be just like Agape. I will use again should the need arise and will recommend to others.
