When my wife and I decided on this company the agreement was from residence to residence. However, that was now how things went. I received a call a 2 or 3 days after the original pick up date from the driver stating that he had a very large car hauler and thus couldn't make it to the pick up residence. The reason we needed that so badly was because my wife had gone of to school and I had moved down to the new residence already. We had to call in favors from friends we had in the area just to make it to somewhere the truck could get too, because if we didn't the driver said he couldn't do anything about it and would have to leave. And then it took another day for him to actually pick up the vehicle. After that thinks went as expected. I had to find another place by my new residence that the truck could make it too and a way to get there as I knew absolutely noone there, giving me the pleasure of walking around and waiting 2 hours standing by a large gas station waiting for my vehicle. Over all it was a terrible experience. Also Agape outsourced for another company to pick up my vehicle. The seemed to be mearly a middle man. and never called me back when I left a message to inquire about where my driver was.
