Agape customer service OK. Transport terrible, and dont speak english fluently, a week late.

Very over priced for the service. Did not know Agape was not the transport service. Dispatcher and Driver does not speak english weel, poor in returning phone calls. Terrible customer service.

Will not use them again

First, we are very sorry to hear that Mr. Willie Hardie was not happy with the service. We always do our very best to provide superb customer service. His vehicle was picked up the day after he placed his order. The driver was delayed during transit so the vehicle was delivered 4 days late. However, we do inform all our customers that dates are estimated due to the unavoidable delays that drivers can run into. We do not agree with the rating Mr. Hardie gave us. It is true the driver has an accent, but that does not mean he provided poor service. Mr. Hardie never had the first complaint to Agape. His vehicle was transported and delivered in May and up until this point he has never indicated there was any issue. We are very sorry that Mr. Hardie feels the way he does. We wish him the very best.
