Candie was very personable and helpful in all of my conversations. Agape did pick up the vehicle within the estimated window (day 6), but found a carrier that charged more than the originally quoted price. They did check with me before going with this carrier and claimed that the carrier wanted another $150 about the originally quoted price ($1050), but they had negotiated it to another $50 dollars. Fortunately, the car arrived within 4 days (very fast!). The car was absolutely filthy and had a few new paint chips. The carrier hadn't filled out a damage sheet before shipment, so I can't do anything about the damages incurred during the trip.
