After being very concerned about contracting with some of the other auto transport companies I had researched, I finally decided to go with Agape and I am happy that I did.

Although my vehicle was delayed in leaving, Candie stayed in contact with me and put my worries to rest. In the end, the delay worked in my favor because I completely changed destinations. Agapa's customer service was fantastic in dealing with the adjustment.

I was told my car would be delivered by Friday night, but the car actually arrived on Sunday morning. Perhaps it would be best if they allowed a little more "wiggle room" in their pickup and delivery dates. That would help with customer expectations on perceiving when a vehicle is early or late.

The price was a little higher than I thought it would be, but it seems that you definitely get what you pay for in the transport industry. There is a lot of shady companies that charged considerably less, and considerably more. What I paid for was great communication and good customer service.

In short, although there were delays, I would highly recommend Agape Auto Transport to anyone.

P.S.
One more thing I want to mention - Candie answered the phone EVERY time I called during business hours. Yes, a real live human being who knew who I was! A big thanks for the personal service.
