I chose Agape because of the great reviews. Unfortunately my experience with them was terrible. I needed my car shipped around 5/11 and no one had called me by the end of the first week of May so I called the company and was told that they were working on it and would get back to me. No one called me that day so I called again the next day and was told the same thing that it was being worked on. I explained that I was leaving the state and needed to know that my car would be picked up. Was told that it was a busy time for them and that everyone was leaving Florida and that I would just have to wait for the schedule. Never heard back that day again. Called again on the next day which was May 9 and was told that they were still working on it but hadn't found a transporter yet for me. I told the woman "Candi" that I was very stressed out because I needed to know asap so I could make other arrangements. Told that I would get a call back. Waited several hours with no call back so I called to cancel the shipment. Candi told me no problem since it looked like my credit card hadn't been charge yet. I made other arrangements for my car to be shipped with another company which went extremely smoothly. Got my credit card bill today and I was charged a $50 cancellation fee. I called up Agape and the "customer service" person told me that it was apparent that I didn't read the terms and conditions since it was stated that there was a cancellation fee. It also stated that all cancellation must be in writing but that part wasn't enforced. This person also told me that it was apparent that I panicked and there wasn't anything she could do for me. I told her that of course I panicked when I couldn't get a response from the company as to when my car would be picked up and I was flying out of the state. She was very condescending and had a horrible attitude. Very disappointed because I thought the company had such a great reputation for customer service and promptness.

Irene I apologize that you had this experience with our company. We are a very good company with a great reputation and care for our customers and their vehicles. We do our best with every customer we transport for. I understand that you are frustrated because of the $50 cancellation fee. We do our best to make sure that every customer knows that if they cancel the scheduled transport that there is a $50 cancellation fee. I am sorry that the representative was rude to you in reminding you that it is a part of our agreement because we never want to come across that way. Irene transports take anywhere from 1-7days from the first available date to get a vehicle picked up, and if you cancel within that time there is a $50 cancel fee because we have spent a lot of time and effort working for you to get your vehicle picked up. That is the reason for the fee. I hope this helps you understand and again we are really sorry that you feel the way you feel about our services. You and all of our customers matter to us and your opinion does help us to do better in the future. I will be bringing up your case in our next meeting in order to prevent this miscommunication and rude communication from happening again.
