Communication could be a lot better with the drivers

The driver was suppose to call 6 to 12 hours before he picked up the vehicle which he never did. To receive information of the vehicles status and reasons fr being late I had to contact agape directly because the information from the driver was very grey. The delivery was 2 days late and I was not contacted that it wqould be to make other arrangements I had to do all the contacting. I was also not called hours in advance for delivery. The truck arrived in perfect condition and the price was reasonable
