Sometimes the carriers can run into mechanical issues and this situation is one of those rare instances where the issue was major. The driver was able to get the customers car to his location in Georgia which was about 100 miles north of the customer. According to the carrier they discounted the transport cost $100 since the customer was having to make arrangements to drive to get his car. Obviously there are are two different accounts here. We will do our best to find out if a discount was given. The customer is definitely due a discount if he was not given one. We understand that the situation was very upsetting for him and rightly so.
TITLES SHOULD NEVER BE TRANSPORTED WITH THE VEHICLE. The seller should mail the title to the buyer. We spoke with the driver and they did mail the title to the customer and he should be receiving that any day.
We are very sorry about the inconvenience that the breakdown caused. The drivers do their very best to avoid mechanical issues. ***We do not compensate for reviews.***
