I am Ramon,I bought a car and hired you guys to deliver and this experience was horrible for me.first I left a saturday around 2:00 p.m to tallahassee a seven hour drive from where I was. I spent the night in tallahassee when morning comes around I haven't recieved any word from the driver so I decided to call him, when he picked up his phone he had bad news for me. he said his truck broke down in lousiana but my car was in Georgia. I told him why didn't you call me to inform me. I had to travel three hours up north to georgia to pick my car up, what was only suppose to take a day took two days out of my time. it was frustrating for me because I had plans and miss a day of my college school and it pushed me back. when I get to georgia I got lost because the driver didn't give me good direction, I spent almost six hours trying to find this place. sometimes I think that he was making up a lie so that he wouldn't have to come down to tallahassee to deliver my car and make me go up there. when I finally get there I pick up the car and I ask the driver where is my title for the car because the person I bought the car from gave it to you. he said he forgot it in his broken down truck that made me mad not to mention he still wanted the full $450. I had to waste more money than I orginally had in mind like money on(fuel,food,hotel..etc). so I payed him, I left there with my car but "NO TITLE" he said he will mail it to me as soon as he got back to his truck.the job wasn't completed because one of the things i wanted was missing. i am writting this today and still haven't recieve my title it's been two weeks. I have to call the driver to see if he sent me the title, he never bothers to call me I have to be the one calling him. everyday my title doesn't come in the mail i grow increasingly angry and frustrated. I will never use this company as long as I am living on this planet. this is "BS" for everything that I had to go through. thats why i paid a company to do this job for me not the other way around.

Sometimes the carriers can run into mechanical issues and this situation is one of those rare instances where the issue was major. The driver was able to get the customers car to his location in Georgia which was about 100 miles north of the customer. According to the carrier they discounted the transport cost $100 since the customer was having to make arrangements to drive to get his car. Obviously there are are two different accounts here. We will do our best to find out if a discount was given. The customer is definitely due a discount if he was not given one. We understand that the situation was very upsetting for him and rightly so. TITLES SHOULD NEVER BE TRANSPORTED WITH THE VEHICLE. The seller should mail the title to the buyer. We spoke with the driver and they did mail the title to the customer and he should be receiving that any day. We are very sorry about the inconvenience that the breakdown caused. The drivers do their very best to avoid mechanical issues. ***We do not compensate for reviews.***
