I had initially booked my car transport with another agency that did not give any guarantees. After 2 weeks went by with no appointment from them, I contacted Agape. Kelly was very friendly and knowledgable. I explained my dilemma with the other agency and she gave me clear information on their plans so that I could consider changing. She contacted me for several days to check-in and see if I needed their services, but was never pushy. I was so glad that I switched to Agape because their service was on-time and we had no problems. I would definitely use them in the future.
