Agape Transports staff was very honest and their customer service was good. It was the trucking company that picked-up and delivered my vehicle that was the issue. I was given the drivers cell number to maintain contact with during the transport. I called him two or three times to check up on delivery dates and such but he did not answer and did not call back. It wasn't until the vehicle was 2 days overdue (from the original estimate drop off date) that he called back and stated he would be delivering my vehicle the next day; hopefully. So with all the excuses of why it was I was not very pleased. Although the driver was a very pleasant man. Just very poor communication.

Erika thank you for the opportunity to assist you with this transport. We are pleased to hear that we met your expectations and that you were happy with our services here at Agape Auto Transport. Sometimes it difficult for the driver to return all the calls he gets when he's out on the road. Usually when the drivers are traveling coast to coast they have at least 10 cars on his trailer. Which means he may have up to 10 customers calling him. But we are always happy to get our customers any update they need while the vehicle is in transit. The driver did run into a minor mechanical issue which delayed him. We agree that he should have called you about his delay. We are very sorry about that lack of communication.
