AGAPE WAS DISAPPOINTING

Bought into the Christian & Honesty line - and was given a low rate as a quote and promises of pickup times. Immediately Agape gives you a contract to sign I signed - and once you're committed they hit me with a higher price. I know the higher price was avoidable now as others called with commitments of pickup at 10-20% less.

They told me it would cost me $50 more to be picked up in the two day window I asked for - reluctantly I agreed and paid the additional money. I set the car up for pickup based on their commitment and they missed the window - and I was stuck with $20 of additional parking costs and a late delivery.

Even with the misleading and less then honest approach - my biggest issue with Agape is the lack of any friendly personality. The most friendly I saw Kelly the customer service person was when she sent me this satisfaction survey.

There must be better options out there. They were late, charged me more once I signed their contract, missed their commitment on pickup, cost me extra money in parking because they were late, and they were not a friendly organization to work with.

It was not enjoyable working with Agape and I would not call them again.

My driver from Beach Park Motors however - his name was Roland - was great. But Roland does not work for Agape.

My advice to the next guy - don't sign a contract with a Broker. Don't commit to paying more for a pickup time unless you have a counter commitment that you will be reimbursed if the commitment is missed. AND - google the broker before you use them. I was surprised to read all the negative customer service stories on Agape after the fact - should have searched customer feedback first.

First we would like to address the issue of the 'Christian and Honesty line'. It is not a line. We have review after review that directly contradicts this review. We do our very best to live out our faith daily by being honest and direct with our customers. And we did no different with Mr. Bingham. - Roberts vehicle was available beginning the 14th a few days later we let him know about an available carrier whose spot was just slightly higher, $50 as he stated. We let him know about this and he chose to go with this carrier instead of waiting any longer. It was always his choice. He was also told that the car would be picked up within a 2 day window. His contact left the vehicle at an airport parking lot a day earlier than the driver was due to pickup. We nor the driver had any control over that or the parking fees. - We have always been completely professional and nothing but friendly to Mr. Bingham from beginning to end. And we are very disappointed that he would suggest otherwise. Even if he called us today, he would receive nothing but excellent and friendly customer service. We wish Mr. Bingham the very best!
