We can certainly understand why Mr. Henderson is so upset. Anyone would feel the same way. Obviously, the carrier transporting the vehicles never anticipated a fire taking place. We have since been told by the carrier that a lawsuit has been filed against the trailer company for faulty equipment. Unfortunately this situation was completely out of the carriers control as well as ours. -
As soon as we were notified of the situation by the customer and the carrier, we advised the customer of the steps to be taken to file a claim. This information was also provided at the time of their order in the terms and conditions they signed. Because we do not own the vehicles or the truck that transported, we are unable to file the claim on their behalf. However, we did immediately give them all of the information they needed. -
We understand this was a very upsetting situation and we did our very best to provide all the information needed and to help facilitate communication between the customer and the carrier. We are very sorry about what happened but we are happy to hear that his vehicles were cleaned to his satisfaction. We wish Mr. Henderson and his wife all the very best!
